Argo von Breisgau is a beautiful 2 year old larger sized German Shepherd. who has a soulful and  low key presence at the rescue. Argo is sensitive boy who is looking for someone to attach himself to wholeheartedly. He needs a calm environment in his new home and assurance that all will be well, along with structure and guidance, letting him know that his new beloved people can take care of themselves. So, initially, not much spoiling, lots of leash walking and going over his commands. He isn't an alpha dog at all, just a worried sweet soul who has missed out on a loving home. Argo has a calmer nature, he will quietly come up and lean in for pets, then follow you around. When it's time for a walk, he walks nicely by your side and doesn't react to dogs he sees, even little ones. Off-leash in playgroups he mingles a bit and then tends to hang out with people; he does best with other calm, gentle dogs who respect his preference for a slower approach. (He's not for cats.)
